The colleagues list tells you who works at your company, what they do and where. It isn’t an address book: it shows no emails or phone numbers.

CommunityColleagues

Before you start

Community has three tabs: Colleagues (the one that opens first), Org chart and Surveys. Your company decides whether the Community entry shows in your menu: with the employee role Orquiva ships with, it’s hidden. If you don’t see it, ask HR to turn it on for you.

Finding someone

  1. Open Community. You’re on Colleagues.
  2. Type part of the name, the position or the worksite into Search colleagues….
  3. The list filters as you type.

The search matches partial text and ignores case, but not accents: maria won’t find “María”. It doesn’t search by email or department.

What you see of each colleague

ColumnWhat it shows
NameName and photo. Your own row carries the You mark.
PositionThe position on their employment record.
TenureTime since their hire date, in years or months. Under a month, Just joined.
WorksiteThe worksite they're assigned to.

Rows don’t open: there’s no record or profile of a colleague you can look at from here. All four columns come from the employment record HR keeps, so you can’t change them from your profile either.

Your personal, bank, salary and emergency details stay out. Who sees what is in Your data privacy.

Who’s included

The list shows the whole company, sorted by name. It isn’t filtered by department, team or sub-company. The only people left out are those whose leaving date has already passed.

The Surveys tab

This is where you answer the surveys your company has sent you. The tab shows how many you have pending. Each survey shows as Pending or Answered; click it to open it and answer.

What happens next

If HR changes someone’s position, worksite or hire date, the list reflects it the next time you open it. To see who reports to whom, use the org chart.

If something goes wrong

I don’t see Community in the menu. Your company hasn’t turned it on for your role. Ask HR for access.

I search by email or department and nothing comes up. The box only looks at name, position and worksite.

I type a name and it doesn’t show, though the person exists. Check the accents: the search tells them apart.

A colleague is missing. Their leaving date has already passed. If that’s not the case, check with HR.

Someone’s position or worksite shows a dash. That field isn’t filled in on their employment record. HR fixes it.

I want to change what people see about me. Name, position, tenure and worksite come from your employment record. If something is wrong, ask HR to fix it. You change your photo in your personal details.
