Orquiva has no payroll menu: your payslips are documents, and they live in My documents, in the Pay stubs folder.

Before you start

Orquiva doesn’t calculate your payslip. Your company prepares it, usually with its payroll provider, and Orquiva receives it finished. So any question about an amount, a withholding or a line item is for HR, not Orquiva. What each part of the payslip means is in Understanding your payslip.

You view and download your payslips. You don’t upload or change them.

Where your payslips are

  1. Open My documents in the side menu.
  2. On the Pay stubs folder, select Open.
  3. Find the month you need. Use Preview to view it or Download to save it. Download all downloads the whole folder.

You can also get there from your profile: your avatar menu, My profile, the Your information on other pages block, Payroll. That page has a View my payslips button that takes you to the same folder.

How they arrive: distributed by your NIF

Usually HR uploads, in one go, the PDF with the whole company’s payslips. Orquiva reads it page by page, looks for the NIF (the Spanish tax ID) on each one, and leaves a PDF with that person’s pages in their Pay stubs folder. The file name carries the month and your name, something like nomina-2026-09-ana-garcia.pdf.

For your payslip to arrive, the NIF on your record has to match the one on the payslip. You can see it in My profile, section Identification and payment. If it’s wrong or empty, your page isn’t assigned to anyone and your payslip doesn’t show up. HR corrects that field (Personal details).

HR can also upload a single payslip straight into your folder.

The notice doesn’t always come

When HR uploads a single document for you, you get the «Document uploaded» notice in your inbox. It’s a generic notice: it doesn’t say it’s a payslip.

When payslips are distributed by NIF, no notice is generated. So don’t wait for a notification: when the month’s payslip is due, open the folder and check.

Keep your own copies

Download your payslips every so often and keep them outside Orquiva. When you leave the company your access is deactivated, and paperwork that asks for an old payslip doesn’t go away.

The Salary page

The Salary page (from My profile, Payroll) isn’t your payslip. It shows your gross salary as HR has it on record:

CardWhat it is
Fixed grossThe fixed part, gross and per year
Variable grossThe variable part, gross and per year
Total grossFixed plus variable

Each card has a «Monthly» figure underneath, which is the annual amount divided by 12, without extra payments or withholdings. Below the cards there’s a History of the salary changes already in force, ordered by the date each one applies from. A raise with a future date doesn’t show until that day. If HR hasn’t entered your salary, you’ll see «—».

What you actually get paid each month is the net amount on your payslip, not the «Monthly» figure on this page.

If something goes wrong

A month’s payslip is missing. HR may not have uploaded it yet, or your NIF may not match so your page wasn’t distributed. Check the NIF in Identification and payment and ask HR.

An amount is wrong. It can’t be fixed in Orquiva, because the payslip arrives finished. Ask HR to review it and upload a corrected one.

The Salary page doesn’t match my payslip. They’re different things: the page shows the gross annual salary on record, and the payslip shows what you’re paid that month. If the gross on record is wrong, tell HR.

The document won’t open or download. Reload the page and try again. If it still fails, contact us.
