Orquiva’s reports live in the Executive section of the menu, each on its own page. Almost all of them cover the whole company and are opened by an admin permission, not by having a team.

Before you start

If you are a manager with the default Manager role, none of these reports is available to you. What you do have, limited to your team:

  • In Team overview, Export report downloads a CSV with each person’s clock-in, clock-out, schedule, hours and balance.
  • In Time-off control, Export history downloads the time-off decisions as a CSV.

If you need any of what follows, ask HR or an administrator, or have your company give you the matching permission.

Which permission opens each report:

ReportWhat it containsWho can open itAdd-on
People reportHeadcount, hires and leaves, turnover, tenure, time off and hours clockedReports permission (by default, only the administrator)Advanced reports
Expense reportOutstanding debt, stages and spend per personReports permissionAdvanced reports
Severance reportOne person's start date, leaving date, vacation and salary, for the payroll bureauReports permissionNo
Working-time registerClock-ins for the whole workforce over a periodEmployees permission or clock-in approvals permission (the HR role has both)No
Salary reportAnnual salary figuresSalaries permissionNo

The people and expense reports show the whole organization: they aren’t filtered by team or by sub-company. Viewing and exporting need the same permission.

People report

Pick the Period with From and To, or with the Month, Quarter and Year shortcuts. You’ll see the Current headcount with the period’s hires and leaves, Annualized turnover, Voluntary leaves (based on the offboarding reason), Average tenure, Time off in the period and Hours clocked against the contracted day by department. Download the data as CSV with Export headcount and Export absences.

Expense report

It shows what is Owed to the workforce with its Debt aging, calculated as of today rather than for the selected period; Expenses by stage (submitted, approved, paid) with the time spent at each; Spend per person; and Expenses approved against policy. How expenses get approved is covered in Approving and reimbursing expenses.

Downloading the working-time register

This is the whole workforce’s register for a period: what the labor inspectorate asks for and what the payroll bureau uses. It includes the company with its tax ID and workplace, each person with their tax ID and Social Security number, each day’s clock-in, clock-out and breaks with hours worked and planned, corrected or late-recorded clock-ins, and approved absences.

  1. Open Working-time register under Executive.
  2. Pick the format: PDF report, CSV report, Excel report or PDF per person (ZIP).
  3. In the dialog, leave Entire workforce or pick one person, and set the dates.
  4. Select the export button for your format, for example Export PDF.

It covers the people in the sub-companies you can see. For other exports (the monthly package for the payroll bureau, one person’s clock-ins), see Reports and exports.

If something goes wrong

I don’t see the Executive section, or a report is missing. Each report needs its own permission. Check the table above and ask an administrator: see Roles and permissions.

I have the permission but the People report won’t load. The people and expense reports also need the Advanced reports add-on. See Billing, plan and modules.

I only want my team’s data. The reports in this section don’t filter by team. Use Export report in Team overview.

The expense debt doesn’t change when I move the period. That’s by design: debt aging is always as of today.
